These Terms & Conditions govern your use of clearancewarehouse.in.th and any purchase you make from Clearance Warehouse Thailand (a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd, "we", "us" or "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Our address is in the footer of every page and on the About page.

How a contract is formed

The products on this site are an invitation to place an order, not a binding offer. Your order is the offer. A contract is formed when we accept it, which we do by emailing you an order confirmation or by dispatching the goods, whichever comes first.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Thai baht and include VAT. Delivery anywhere in Thailand is free, so the total you see at checkout is the total you pay. Payment is taken at checkout by card through Stripe or through PayPal. We do not store your full card details.

If a price is obviously wrong, for example because of a typing error, we will tell you before dispatch and you can accept the corrected price or cancel at no cost.

Clearance stock

Our goods are new. They come from surplus stock, closeout lines, discontinued models and liquidation, so each line is a limited quantity. If an item sells out after you order, we will tell you and refund it in full.

Delivery

We deliver within Thailand. If you are outside Thailand, contact us before you order. Times and what to do if a parcel goes missing are on the Shipping page.

Items made to your measurements

Some items, such as a stainless steel drain pan or a fire pit made to a size you give us, are quoted and made to order. Because they are made to your specification, they cannot be returned for a change of mind. Your rights over faulty goods are unaffected.

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. This is our own policy, and the conditions are on the Refunds & Returns page. Nothing there removes any right you have under Thai consumer protection law.

Faults

If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, your rights under Thai law, including the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522, apply in full. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break into it, no scraping it for a competing catalogue, and no using it for anything unlawful. We may withdraw access if you do.

Our liability

Our liability is set out on the Limited Liability Indemnity page. Nothing there or here excludes liability that Thai law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. We would much rather settle any problem with you directly, so please contact us first at theteam@clearancewarehouse.in.th. If we cannot resolve it, you can contact the Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB) at ocpb.go.th.
