Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order at any time before it ships, with no charge. Most orders leave us within 24 to 48 hours, so if you need to change or cancel, email us at theteam@clearancewarehouse.in.th as soon as you can. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, and the return terms below apply instead.

Returning a product within 15 days

You can return a product within 15 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund. This covers changing your mind, ordering the wrong item or too many, or no longer needing it. For a change of mind, you pay the cost of sending the goods back, and nothing else is charged: there is no handling fee and no restocking fee.

To be eligible, the product must be unused, in a resaleable condition, in its original packaging where possible, and come with the receipt, order confirmation or other proof of purchase from this website. We cannot accept returns of items bought from other retailers.

Items made to your measurements, such as a custom-sized drain pan or fire pit, cannot be returned for a change of mind, because they were made for you.

If something is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered

This is not a change of mind. If a product arrives damaged, has parts missing, or is not the item you ordered, tell us straight away with your order number and a photograph, and we will put it right at no cost to you, with a replacement or your money back. We cover the return postage. Nothing in this policy takes away a right you have under Thai consumer protection law.

What you get back and when

We refund the price of the goods to the payment method you used, so a card refund goes back to that card and a PayPal payment goes back to that PayPal account. Refunds are processed 24 to 48 hours after the returned item reaches us and has been checked. If you would rather keep the amount as credit for a future order, ask us and we will do that instead.

How to start a return

Email theteam@clearancewarehouse.in.th with your order number and what you would like to do. We will confirm the return address before you send anything back.

If we cannot resolve it

Please contact us first, because almost everything is quicker to fix directly. If we cannot agree, you can contact the Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB) at ocpb.go.th.
