What we do
We buy stock that needs to move: surplus runs, closeout lines, discontinued models and liquidation inventory. It is new goods, sold at a clearance price rather than a retail one. That is the whole business.
In practice that gives one shop a broad range: garden kit and tools, things for the home and bathroom, bed linen, car accessories, things for the kids, health and personal care, office equipment and plastic drinkware. The common thread is the price, not the product.
How we work
We sell online only, direct across Thailand. There is no shop front, no shop rent and no store fit-out sitting on top of the item, and that is where the price difference comes from.
Prices are in Thai baht, include VAT, and are what you pay at checkout. Delivery is free on every order anywhere in Thailand, with no minimum spend, and arrives in 5 to 7 days after a 24 to 48 hour handling time.
If you are not sure whether a line suits what you are doing, email us before you buy. We would rather answer the question than take the order and have it come back.
What clearance does and does not mean
It means the price is cut. It does not mean the goods are used, seconds or refurbished: everything here is new. A clearance line is a finite quantity, so when it sells out we cannot always get more of the same thing.
Our listings are only as detailed as the supplier's own. Where a specification is not published, the page says so and invites you to ask, rather than borrowing a figure from a similar product.
Who is behind Clearance Warehouse Thailand
Clearance Warehouse Thailand is part of a family-owned group of online stores. Our CEO, Renoo Caruso, is a Christian preacher based in Phetchaburi, Thailand. Renoo leads a local church with a congregation of more than 200 people and shares daily Bible teaching in Thai through renoo.faith and a YouTube channel with over 1,600 videos.
That faith shapes how we trade. Clear prices, honest product details, and a real person answering your email. We would rather lose a sale than mislead a customer.

Yes. You can return an unused item within 15 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund. On a change of mind you cover the return postage and nothing else is charged. A faulty or wrong item is our cost to put right.
