Limited Liability Indemnity

This page sets out the limits of our liability and your indemnity obligations when you use clearancewarehouse.in.th or buy from Clearance Warehouse Thailand, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd ("we", "us" or "our"). It forms part of our Terms & Conditions and does not affect your rights as a consumer.

What we never limit

Nothing on this page or anywhere on this site excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else Thai law does not allow us to exclude, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522.

Limits on other loss

Where the law allows, our liability for any other loss connected with a product is limited to the price you paid for that product, and we are not liable for loss that could not reasonably have been foreseen when you placed your order.

Using products safely

Our products are supplied for you to fit and use yourself. Read and follow the instructions supplied with each one. Take particular care with electrical products such as the mosquito swatter and the car jack, keep them dry and away from children, and never touch a live grid. Before you dig or drive stakes into the ground, check for buried cables and pipes. We are not liable for damage caused by use that ignores the instructions supplied with a product.

Your indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses arising from your misuse of this site, your breach of these terms, or your use of a product in a way it was not supplied for. This does not apply to anything caused by our own breach.
