Product descriptions and images

We describe our products as accurately as we can, using the details the supplier publishes. Where a figure is not published, the product page says so rather than guessing. Photographs show what a product looks like, and colours and finishes can look slightly different on your screen.

Measurements

Sizes are given for the product as supplied. Measure your door, window, bed or space before you order. We cannot be responsible for an item ordered to the wrong measurement, though a change-of-mind return is still open to you within 15 days of delivery.

Health and measuring products

Products such as the infrared thermometer and the air quality and CO2 monitors are general consumer devices. They are not medical devices or certified measuring instruments, and nothing on this site is medical advice. If you are worried about your health, see a doctor.
