    "content": "Shipping & Delivery Last updated: October 2026 Where we deliver We deliver anywhere in Thailand. If you are outside Thailand, contact us before you order and we will tell you whether we can reach you. What it costs Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. There is no delivery charge added at checkout. How long it takes Allow 5 to 7 days for delivery, after a handling time of 24 to 48 hours while we prepare your order. We will tell you if anything is going to take longer. Tracking You will get an email with a tracking number once your order ships. For practical reasons, items from one order may arrive in separate parcels. If your tracking email has not arrived, check your spam folder, then contact us with your order number and we will resend it. The Track Your Parcel page explains when codes go live. If a parcel is late, lost or damaged Until the goods reach you, the risk is ours. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we will replace the order or refund it. You do not need to chase the carrier yourself. Getting your address right Please check the delivery address before you pay. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody could take delivery, contact us and we will arrange to send it again.",

    "content": "Refunds & Returns Last updated: October 2026 Cancelling an order You can cancel an order at any time before it ships, with no charge. Most orders leave us within 24 to 48 hours, so if you need to change or cancel, email us at theteam@clearancewarehouse.in.th as soon as you can. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, and the return terms below apply instead. Returning a product within 15 days You can return a product within 15 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund. This covers changing your mind, ordering the wrong item or too many, or no longer needing it. For a change of mind, you pay the cost of sending the goods back, and nothing else is charged: there is no handling fee and no restocking fee. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in a resaleable condition, in its original packaging where possible, and come with the receipt, order confirmation or other proof of purchase from this website. We cannot accept returns of items bought from other retailers. Items made to your measurements, such as a custom-sized drain pan or fire pit, cannot be returned for a change of mind, because they were made for you. If something is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered This is not a change of mind. If a product arrives damaged, has parts missing, or is not the item you ordered, tell us straight away with your order number and a photograph, and we will put it right at no cost to you, with a replacement or your money back. We cover the return postage. Nothing in this policy takes away a right you have under Thai consumer protection law. What you get back and when We refund the price of the goods to the payment method you used, so a card refund goes back to that card and a PayPal payment goes back to that PayPal account. Refunds are processed 24 to 48 hours after the returned item reaches us and has been checked. If you would rather keep the amount as credit for a future order, ask us and we will do that instead. See the Cookie Policy for what is set and how to switch it off. How long we keep it Order records are kept for as long as Thai tax and accounting law requires, and no longer. Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted once the matter is closed. Who we share it with Only the parties needed to deliver your order and run the site: our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal), our email provider, our delivery partners, and our hosting and analytics providers. We do not sell your data. Some of these providers process data outside Thailand. Where they do, we use them only on terms that protect your data as the PDPA requires. Your rights Under the PDPA you can ask to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to or restrict its use, receive a copy in a portable form, and withdraw consent at any time.     "content": "Terms & Conditions Last updated: October 2026 These Terms & Conditions govern your use of clearancewarehouse.in.th and any purchase you make from Clearance Warehouse Thailand (a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd, \"we\", \"us\" or \"our\"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Our address is in the footer of every page and on the About page. How a contract is formed The products on this site are an invitation to place an order, not a binding offer. Your order is the offer. A contract is formed when we accept it, which we do by emailing you an order confirmation or by dispatching the goods, whichever comes first. Prices and payment All prices are in Thai baht and include VAT. Delivery anywhere in Thailand is free, so the total you see at checkout is the total you pay. Payment is taken at checkout by card through Stripe or through PayPal. We do not store your full card details. If a price is obviously wrong, for example because of a typing error, we will tell you before dispatch and you can accept the corrected price or cancel at no cost. Clearance stock Our goods are new. They come from surplus stock, closeout lines, discontinued models and liquidation, so each line is a limited quantity. If an item sells out after you order, we will tell you and refund it in full. Items made to your measurements Some items, such as a stainless steel drain pan or a fire pit made to a size you give us, are quoted and made to order. Because they are made to your specification, they cannot be returned for a change of mind. Your rights over faulty goods are unaffected. Returns We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. This is our own policy, and the conditions are on the Refunds & Returns page. Nothing there removes any right you have under Thai consumer protection law. Faults If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, your rights under Thai law, including the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522, apply in full. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by agreement. Acceptable use Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break into it, no scraping it for a competing catalogue, and no using it for anything unlawful. We may withdraw access if you do.
